Celebrate Christmas at this hotel and it was amazing! We loved the breakfast with a lot of options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Plus, the location was perfect for us as it was near the train station and shopping malls. We also enjoyed using the relaxing onsen after a long day of exploring the city.

Our only issue was the size of the room, which was a bit small, but it was clean and tidy. the pillows provided were uncomfortable, but we were able to get alternate pillows from downstairs.
